Prati Roju Pandaage Telugu Movie Review

Prati Roju Pandaage Is a telugu Movie Directedy By Maruthi. Main Leading Cast are Sai Dharma Teja, Rashi Khanna, Satya Raj. Rao Ramesh ,Murali Sharma and Hari Teja.

The Movie Realeasing Today 20th December 2019. Its a family entertainer.

Review: With Prati Roju Pandaage, Maruthi tries hard to deliver a tale that shows how parents feel when they’re nearing the end of days and their children have no time for them. He also tries to show the intricacies of the bond a father shares with his children. But it’s clear from the get-go that this is Raghu Ramayya’s (Satyaraj) story above all. And unfortunately for Sai Dharam Tej, he gets massively overshadowed by the likes of Rao Ramesh and Murali Sharma.

When Raghu Ramayya is nearing the end of days, his three sons and one daughter manage to set aside two weeks for him. His grandson Sai (Sai Dharam Tej) however decides to help him celebrate life before his impending death and maybe even bring the whole family together, so his grandfather dies a happy man surrounded by loved ones. He’s so hell-bent on it that he even helps him meet his old flame, reconcile with his best friend and even gets ready to marry the girl of his choice.

Thrown into the mix are Rao Ramesh, as the eldest son who has a business deal he needs to close, Murli Sharma as the client he’s trying to woo, Ajay and Satyam Rajesh as Sync Brothers, whose only function in the tale is to appear on-screen and get beaten up by a buff Sai Dharam Tej in two random scenes, a trusty sidekick played by Suhas and most importantly, Aarna (Raashi Khanna), the TikTok queen who believes Sai is a fan who came to meet her in Rajahmundry all the way from the US.

Maruthi even manages to get the tone of the film right at first. Despite the cliché route the story takes, with absolutely no surprises, tears and false death proclamations galore, the director manages to make the first half work. It is replete with dark humour and the jokes somehow seem to land most of the time. Rao Ramesh delivers his lines with such ease, it’s hard not to laugh along. The film however suffers from the ‘second half syndrome’ where things go downhill and get so jarringly repetitive, it’s hard not to notice. There’s a long, overdrawn joke about each child of Ramayya describing to him how his funeral plans are being made, complete with live samples and tacky to begin with, it gets too much after a while. The fact that most of the actors in this film (including Sai Dharam Tej) have nothing much to do also begins to get clear.

Satyaraj, Rao Ramesh, Murli Sharma, Hari Teja and Raashi Khanna, even in the limited role, hit the ball out of the park. While Satyaraj does tend to get a little melodramatic at times, it’s hard not to feel for him and his character. Sai Dharam Tej, despite being set up as the hero in the first half, gets overshadowed as the film progresses. But he does manage to hold his own when the time comes. While cinematic liberties are constantly employed, when a person diagnosed with lung cancer begins cycling and playing cricket, you know it’s too much to handle. By the time the climax and Sai Dharam Tej’s soliloquy rolls around, you’re just waiting for what you know is to follow next, the happy ending. The cinematography by Jayakumar is apt and Thaman S' BGM works well for the film.

The Huntsman Winter's War movie Review

Somewhere in the middle of this maddening mess, the Snow White story is obliquely wedged in and Winter's War goes from prequel to sequel. It makes no sense, but it does let Theron and Blunt, dressed to thrill in Colleen Atwood's costumes, go at it in full-tilt boogie. The film lets rip with the crumbling of ice castles and other forms of mass destruction. But nothing can match seeing Theron and Blunt try to out-camp each other, providing the only glimmer of entertainment in a film dedicated to being ponderous.

The Jungle Book movie review

The Jungle Book movie review: This is what critics has to say

Jon Favreau's zippy reboot of the Mowgli stories is anything but another bland attempt to mine a timeless favourite. The Jungle Book, scripted by Justin Marks, has a life and logic of its own. Packed from end to end with stunning action and liberal doses of humour and emotion, the film presses all available VFX tools into service and consistently hits the right buttons.

Trisha Leda Nayanatara Movie Review

Trisha Leda Nayanatara Movie Review: A Bold Sex Comedy

G V Prakash, music director turned actor, who is trying to test his waters in Telugu, is here with his latest offering Trisha Leda Nayanatara. Before you watch the flick read the review here to know what is in store for you.

Trisha Leda Nayanatara Story: The films is all about a youngster, who is desperate to lose his virginity and is in search of a girl of his likes. He falls in love with his childhood friends twice only to be dumped later, complaining to oblige his wants. Did he find his love of his life? What is it he need to go through in the process forms the story.

Performances: G V Prakash though looked very amateur, he managed to pull of the role with his decent acting skills. Anandhi was good as the girl next door while Manisha Yadav made sure to add the oomph factor. Though you will not have any complaints about Simran's performance, you will surely end up wondering what actually excited her to take up the role.  Technical Aspects & Analysis: Written and directed by Adhik Ravichandran, the film features some crude characters of youngsters while the portrayal of women was exaggerated. Though there weren't any explicit romantic scenes as it was publicized, cringe worthy double meaning dialogues did the job. G V Prakash's background score added the pep to the script and can ignore the fact that there were too many songs. The writing seems to generalize a lot of things and some more attention and a holistic approach to the subject may have improved matters. There are quite a few scenes that seem to have escaped the scissors. Camera work and production values demands a mention.

Pandaga Chesko Telugu Movie Review

It is formulas galore in Tollywood of late. Ram, an under-rated actor failed to strike gold with his character of a gay person in ‘Masala’ and here he plays a conventional one to woo the audience. The effort is not last; even though the acting is not high on novelty, the timing works. Ram plays an NRI businessman who is calculated and shrewd. It is contract time in the form of marriage. So, he enters into an alliance with Sonal Chauhan, herself a rich lady. But when he is in India as part of a sentimental mission, the Cupid strikes as he meets Rakul Preet Singh, who plays Divya. The kind of characters make predicting the story quite easy. Right from Bhupathi Reddy (Sampath Raj) and Sai Reddy (Sai Kumar), the feuds are familiar. What is more familiar is the desire to connect and reunite with family. The familiar terrain is sought to be traversed with a dose of Brahmi humour, not to mention Ram’s own comic timing, by Gopichand Malineni. As Karthik, Ram is at his natural best. He strikes the right chemistry with the glam dolls, Sonal and Rakul, more with the latter than the former. The story sequence and narration betray Gopichand's talent. Now back to the important charge that the film is made to a template. It is expected of such a film to fall back on Brahmanandam, the comedy of confusion and all. Pandaga Chesko does everything with gay abandon. It would be too tempting to draw comparisons with this or that film. Gopichand having made two big-ticket films 'Bodyguard' and 'Balupu' does this film like a breeze. On the weight of good production values, he portrays his story with a trace of richness. But beyond the gloss, there is no novelty. Ram, for example, looks uber-cool and carries the film on his shoulders. Sonal and Rakul come with a shade each of their own. Vennela Kishore and Shakalaka Shankar do a good job. Brahmi as 'Weekend' Venkat Rao is at his typical best. Thaman's music is peppy at one or two place and that's all. The BGM doesn't quite live up to expectations. The cinematography and other technical departments pass muster. In a film where the storyline is not as important as the glamour of actors, the dialogues, again, only pass muster. It is Gopichand's sense of humour that does the magic, but that is only-few-and-far-between like. The story being a dated cheque apart, the emotions are not very well played up. It is not like they are milk-and-water, but that they could have been better portrayed. Being an alleged family entertainer, the film may have a life of its own at the Box Office this summer. Editing by Gautham Raj, Cinematography by Sameer Reddy help the film boast of good technical team. However, what mattered the most was story, but here Veligonda Srinivas fumbles.
