While the whole world is talking about Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone’s sizzling chemistry in ‘Tamasha’, one person who is not so impressed with their off-screen chemistry is actress Katrina Kaif, Ranbir’s present love. Going by the ‘Tamasha’ trailer, one can make out that Ranbir and Deepika share a sizzling chemistry with intimate scenes and passionate lip-locking but it is buzzed that Kat feels disturbed with their intimacy.
Perhaps, Katrina is much worried about Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Tamasha’ taking over ‘Jagga Jasoos’. She feared that audience might not like Ranbir-Deepika’s chemistry over Ranbir and her in Anurag Basu’s ‘Jagga Jasoos’.
Says a source, “Katrina has been keeping track of Tamasha ever since the first promo came out. Enough has been said and written about whom Ranbir Kapoor makes the best pair with — Deepika or Katrina.
Why is this important? It’s simple. He is the hottest actor after the Khan triumvate, and whoever makes the hottest pair with him, will get the chance to act in more films with him. Kat is worried that the DP-RK chemistry will overshadow her pairing with him. Her team has instructed Anurag to up the sizzle-ante between his lead pair. A major chunk of JJ will be shot in January and that’s where the magic between Katrina and Ranbir will be captured.”
Ranbir and Deepika are no longer couple; they have parted ways long back and both moved on in life but remain connected professionally. After break-up, they teamed up for ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ and again Imtiaz Ali brings them together for ‘Tamasha’.
Talking about Ranbir-Deepika, the ‘Phantom’ actress said, “You cannot stop anyone from doing anything by laying your stake or claim on them. That’s not going to stop anyone. If a person has to stray or wander, the whole world can see you together but the guy can still find a way to do it”.
On being asked who makes a better pair with Ranbir between her and Deepika, Katrina said, “Deepika is a great actress, will make a great pair with anyone, any male actor she’s paired with. I think I make a great pair with Ranbir and Ranveer (Singh) also!”. As per a DNA report, the Dhoom 2 actress “has been keeping track of Tamasha ever since the first promo came out”.
