Lucky To Play A Strong Woman Like Jayalalithaa says Kangana Ranaut.
Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut and Aravind Swamy’s Thalaivii is gearing up for release on September 10th in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi. The team is in Hyderabad for the film’s Pre-release event.
Writer Vijayendra Prasad said,” Producer Vishnu is so passionate about films. They did so much of research about the film. I recommended Kangana for the character. I asked Kangana not to act but be herself and she immediately accepted it. I am sure she will be on the Top Chair one day”.
Aravind Swamy who plays the Legendary MGR in the movie assured an extraordinary film to the audience. “Thalaivii is a film close to my heart and a huge learning experience with so many brilliant artists like Kangana. I watched the film a few days ago and once again yesterday. I can say it is going to be an extraordinary experience,” he says.
Kangana Ranaut is all smiles on the big day. “I am grateful for Vijayendra Prasad garu for bringing me on board. I can not thank him enough now for believing in me. I am lucky to play a strong woman and legendary character like Jaya Amma. It is so gracious of Aravind Swamy to encourage a female-centric film. Thanks AL Vijay, the most talented director I ever worked with. I thank all of you who will hopefully welcome us in the theaters,” she said.
