Tamil actor Ajith Kumar's racing team achieved a commendable third-place finish in the 991 category at the Dubai 24H 2025 endurance race, held at the Dubai Autodrome.
This event marked Ajith's return to professional racing after a 13-year hiatus. Ajith participated alongside teammates Mathieu Detry, Fabian Duffieux, and Cameron McLeod.
Notably, Ajith's team also received the "Spirit of the Race" recognition in the GT4 category.
The actor's return to racing was met with widespread acclaim, with fellow actor R. Madhavan expressing pride in Ajith's achievement.
Ajith's passion for motorsport is well-documented; he previously competed in the Formula BMW Asia championship in 2003 and the FIA Formula Two Championship in 2010.
