#FarhanAkhtar, #RaashiKhanna and others at the teaser launch of their upcoming film #120Bahadur

The teaser for the upcoming war drama "#120Bahadur" was recently launched at an event in Mumbai, attended by the film's stars #FarhanAkhtar and #RaashiKhanna, among others. The launch has generated significant buzz for the film, which is a tribute to the unsung heroes of the Battle of Rezang La.

A Glimpse into a Historic Battle

"120 Bahadur" chronicles the incredible true story of the 13th Kumaon Regiment's Charlie Company during the 1962 Sino-Indian War. The film depicts the heroic last stand of 120 Indian soldiers, led by Major Shaitan Singh, who fought against a much larger force of over 3,000 Chinese troops in the brutal Himalayan terrain. Major Shaitan Singh was posthumously awarded the Param Vir Chakra, India's highest wartime gallantry award, for his exceptional leadership and sacrifice.

The recently released teaser offers a chilling and powerful glimpse into the grim reality of the war, showcasing snow-covered trenches and the unyielding patriotism of the soldiers. The film was shot in harsh conditions in Ladakh at an altitude of 14,000 feet to authentically recreate the war zones.

Star-Studded Cast and Crew

Farhan Akhtar returns to the big screen after a six-year hiatus to portray the lead role of Major Shaitan Singh Bhati. Joining him is Raashi Khanna, who plays a pivotal role in the film.[8] At the teaser launch, Khanna shared that she had worked with Akhtar in a TV commercial a decade ago and expressed her gratitude for sharing the screen with him in a feature film.

The ensemble cast also includes Sparsh Walia, Ajinkya Deo, Eijaz Khan, and Vivan Bhatena, among others. The film is directed by Razneesh 'Razy' Ghai and produced by Excel Entertainment and Trigger Happy Studios. The powerful soundtrack is composed by Amit Trivedi, with lyrics penned by the legendary Javed Akhtar and Sumit Aroraa.

"120 Bahadur" is scheduled to be released in cinemas on November 21, 2025.
