Recent reports indicate that veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan is in discussions to join the ambitious cinematic project, "Ramayana," directed by Nitesh Tiwari.
It is being widely reported that Bachchan is being considered to provide the voice for the character of Jatayu, the divine vulture.
In addition to voicing Jatayu, sources suggest that the makers are also keen on having Bachchan serve as the film's narrator or sutradhar.
His iconic voice is believed to add a significant level of gravitas to the epic saga.
While the news has generated considerable excitement, it is important to note that these discussions are reportedly still in the preliminary stages.
As of now, there has been no official confirmation from either the filmmakers or Amitabh Bachchan's representatives regarding his involvement in the project.
The film, which is planned as a two-part epic, boasts a star-studded cast including Ranbir Kapoor as Rama, Sai Pallavi as Sita, and Yash as Ravana.
The first installment is anticipated to be a major cinematic event.
