Bollywood couple Ajay Devgn and Kajol has bought five office units in Mumbai’s Andheri West area.
Purchase 5 office units worth 45 crore and 16 core apartment respectively.
Actor Ajay Devgn has bought five office units in Mumbai’s Andheri West area.
The move comes two years after the actor bought a bungalow spread across 474.4 square meters at Juhu in Mumbai for Rs 47.5 crore, money control reported.
According to documents accessed by CRE Matrix, a data analytics firm, the office units with a total area of 13,293 square feet are located within Signature Building, Oshiwara, along Veera Desai Road.
Three units located on the 16th floor are valued at Rs 30.35 crore, and the stamp duty paid was Rs 1.82 crore, according to the report.
The units have a built-up area of 8,405 square feet. Two other units purchased by the actor are located on the 17th floor, and are spread across 4,893 square feet (built-up area). These units reportedly cost Rs 14.74 crore.
A few days before Ajay bought the office units, his actor wife Kajol also purchased an apartment–with a carpet area of 2,493 square feet and four car parking spots– in the city, reportedly for Rs 16.5 crore.
