This is just... wow! ♥️ I love all the talent this lockdown has brought out. Recently came across a news article that stated that Artists were considered the most ‘non essential’ job right now and seeing that made me sad (They used an artist to make the illustrations for that same article 🙄) I love seeing home grown talent like this. I just found out @aniya.artwork is a young graphic designer who started in Science and switched to art when she realized that’s what truly gave her happiness. Apparently this is the first time out of college where she’s found the time to draw for herself. She told me about a podcast where a Vietnamese artist said “as an artist, our job in a war is to draw” and covid-19 is no less than a war we are all in...
It looks like she’s created an entire covid inspired series. Lovely work.
