E Palanisami, VK Sasikala’s loyalist and nomination for Tamil Nadu chief minister, has been invited by Governor C Vidyasagar Rao to form government. He is likely to be sworn in as chief minister today itself2.00 pm: At the press conference held by OPS, supporters from his camp kept chanting that they want the CM to be the one selected by Amma (Jayalalithaa) – Pannerselvam. On his part, Panneerselvam has vowed to fight against the party ending up with the Sasikala family and has said he will continue the fight to restore Jaya-style governance.
