The directors are doing doing the Indian version of the popular International series Citadel and bollywood hero David Dhawan is doing main lead.
While Varun will make his OTT debut with this desi version of the American series, the latest reports suggest that the makers have roped in Samantha to play the female lead. This action-packed Amazon Prime series will now have the South beauty, adding talent and magic to the stellar storyline.
Also, it will be Sam’s first-time collaboration with Varun and second collaboration with Raj & DK. Priyanka Chopra will be playing in the American series in place of Samantha and this spy series is already making headlines ever since its shooting began in the US. And now that Sam is on board, the series becomes even more interesting as it will be an absolute fresh pair of hers with Varun Dhawan.
The shooting will go on the floors in 2022 and several stunt coordinators of international repute will be on board. Moreover, Varun and Sam ought to undergo various training sessions to learn action forms. The series is touted as one of the biggest attractions so far on Amazon Prime in India for 2023. The year 2022 will be a big and busy year for Samantha as she will also be seen in her Hindi debut produced by Taapsee Pannu.

While Bollywood was busy with Vicky and Katrina’s wedding, here in Tollywood, a few stars were occupied with Upasana Kamineni’s sister Anushpala’s wedding. The three-day-long wedding took place in Domakonda fort in a lavish manner and several pictures from all the sub-ceremonies have surfaced on the internet.
In the latest set of pictures, one can see Samantha gracing the reception of the couple. She wore a beautiful embroidered wheatish saree and paired it with a classy choker piece. She was accompanied by her best friend and designer, Shilpa Reddy. Shilpa also looked classy in a pink silk saree.
The two gorgeous ladies posed with Mega power star Ram Charan, his wife Upasana, and the bride, Anushpala. The meeting looked like fun and pictures glittered n smiles and happiness. Upasana Kamineni’s sister, Anushpala tied the knot with her fiance, Armaan Ebrahim. Daughter of Shobana Kamineni and Anil Kamineni, Anushpala is the Vice President of the Apollo group. And Armaan Ebrahmin is a car racer and an athlete.
