Well, just recently, on Saturday, the Bhoot Police actor took to his Instagram account and dropped a bootcamp video while giving us a peek into how his day looks like.
In the video, Arjun gives us glimpses of the meal he consumes throughout the day, also showing the number of calories of the food. It also shows us his way of burning the calories and his calories intake. The video starts off with Arjun showing his morning breakfast routine, followed by an intense workout. Then, he finishes off his lunch and attends his work meetings, followed by an evening snack, 2 hours of exercise, and a dinner that looks super healthy. The video not only tells you to sweat it out rigorously but also tells us how to eat healthy, ditching junk food.
