I urge them to tender an open apology-Radhika Sarathkumar

On the run up to the Nadigar Sangam Elections, the President of the Sangam R.Sarathkumar, his wife and actress Radhika Sarathkumar and the Sangam’s General Secretary Radharavi organized a press meet today.
Addressing media persons, actress Radhika said “The opposition group of actors (the Pandavar Ani of actors Vishal, Karthi, Nasser, Povannan and Karunas) are making serious allegations of financial irregularities against the President, General Secretary and the other office bearers of the Sangam. They are making such baseless allegations openly in the media and other public forums. But they have never given any proof for the allegations they have made so far. I urge them to tender an open apology for spreading canards against the Sangam. If they fail to apologize,  we will pursue this matter very seriously”.
Sarathkumar said “The opposition group of actors have been making baseless allegations against us in public domain. I also have materials to level such allegations against them. But I am not doing that as it will only worsen the image of actors and the Sangam.”
Further, Radhika said senior actor Sivakumar had told her over the phone that despite the rigorous campaign by the young actors, the incumbent team lead by R. Sarathkumar will emerge victorious in the elections. Sivakumar is the father of actor Karthi who is one of the rebel actors and a possible candidate to be fielded for a key post of the Sangam in the elections scheduled on October 18.
